Order Policy
Custom cakes require at least 48 hours notice. For same-day orders, please call us directly to check availability. Advance payment may be required for large custom orders.
Cancellation & Refund
Cancellations made 24 hours before delivery/pickup are eligible for store credit. No refunds for cancellations on the same day. In case of quality issues, please report within 2 hours of pickup.
